Setting door pins is great for family members, contractors, or anyone who needs occasional access to your home. house guests. 

Step 1

Using the otto app Navigate to Settings > Users.  Tap the plus (+) icon located to the right of “Door Pin” header.

Step 2

Otto will automatically generate a user code, however you can change it by simply tapping on the numbers and the keyboard will appear.

Step 3

Label your user, and click the back button which will automatically save this user.

Usage Notifications

Will send you a notification to your phone whenever this door code is used.  This can be handy for kids, so you know they are home.  Or a contractor who is temporarily accessing the house.

Disable

You can disable this user by toggling the disable function.
